The site enables you to search for orders in many different ways, from a simple view of all orders you ever placed (see below) to a view of only those that are still open (see View purchase orders in process) to a precise listing of only such orders that match your detailed search criteria (see below).
A new screen will now be displayed which gives
you many options to select exactly the purchase orders you are interested
in. You can also view or export all of them at once, though:
For purchase orders in process, you have the following options:

In this example, there are 218 purchase orders that are still in process.
Obviously, this is a rather active buyer. You may have no purchase order
in process at all, either because all your orders have been fulfilled
or because you have not yet placed any orders. Click on
to display the purchase orders in process on the screen or click on
to export them to a file on your computer.
For all purchase orders, including those that have already been fulfilled,
you have the same options:

If you decide to view all orders, you can also
display details of an individual purchase order by clicking on

If you have more than 20 purchase orders in process, they will be displayed
on more than one page. To view then next 20 purchase orders in process,
click on

Any of the following search criteria can be selected
on their own or combined to define a narrower selection of purchase orders.
Order numbers may count through several buyers
on the site.
Which ever search criteria you define, the site will always ensure that
you will only be able to view or export orders relevant to you.
order number is - Put the order number of the order you are
looking for in this field to view or export only this specific order.

order number between - Specify the range of order numbers you
want to see. If you want to see the orders 10450-10500, you just enter
those two numbers. Both the starting and the ending number will be included,
i.e. you will see/export order number 1450 and 10500 and all the orders
in between.

If you accidentally put the higher number first and the lower second,
the following error message will be displayed, when you try to view or
export the orders:

Click on OK and then enter the order numbers again: the lower number
in the left field and the higher in the right field.
seller - Click on the arrow to select the seller, if you only
want to view/export orders that you placed with one particular seller.

order status - Select the order status you want to define as
search criterion. Click on the link "New" on the right side
of the arrow to quickly view all orders with the status "New Order".

The following statuses are available:

goods received status - Select the goods received status you
want to define as search criterion.

The following statuses are available:

date orders were placed - Determine the date on which the orders
were placed or specify a timeframe with start and end date. Alternatively,
you can click on the links TODAY, THIS WEEK or THIS MONTH to view orders
placed today, this week or this month respectively.

payment method - Select the payment method as search criterion.
Alternatively, click on the link AURAVITA ACCOUNT to immediately view
all orders placed with Auravita Account as payment method.

You can select from the following payment methods:

product name - Specify a product name to only view/export orders
that contain this product (and possibly other products).

new orders to export - To select only orders matching your search
criteria AND which are new orders to export, activate the following checkbox.
To quickly export all new orders to export, click on the respective link.

status update orders to export - To only select status update
orders, activate the following checkbox.
