Returns & Cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have the right within 7 working days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post) or email. If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the following address at your expense:

We will deduct the direct costs of recovery from the credit card refund if you do not comply or if you return them at our expense.

Once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us for a refund. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal care nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the items are in resalable condition upon return.

If the item has already been shipped a £3.95 handling charge will also apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you receive a delivery of an order and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

If the item is faulty within 30 days of receipt you can return your faulty item for exchange. Please return all packaging that accompanies your item, as this may be needed should there be a fault. You may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.

If the item becomes faulty after 30 days of receipt, please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this may be needed should there be a fault.
