Wellness Mix previously known as Detox Mix contains a variety of seeds. Once sprouted, they provide a delicate, distinctive flavour to vegetable dishes, soups, salads and many other dishes.
Product Information
Red clover contains phytoestrogens called isoflavones, thought to be helpful for symptoms of the menopause. The sprouts from this mix are an excellent source of vital nutrients and contribute to a healthy, balanced diet.
How to use Wellness Mix seeds for sprouting
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For best results, sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.
