DELIVERY CHARGES 

Free deliveries on all orders above £15 in the UK only.

A £3 charge will be applied to orders below this amount.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

For standard delivery orders, we will do our best to have items at your door between 1 and 7 working days from the date of your order. Generally if we expect delivery to take longer than 7 days we will either call or email you with a delivery estimate.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Some items on our site are eligible for expedited delivery. If you select expedited delivery at checkout and an order is placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, we'll aim to ship it out that day by Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. We'd typically expect an order to be with you within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm are not guaranteed to leave us same day and may take up to 3 working days to arrive, although we'd typically aim for it to arrive more quickly.

Expedited delivery costs £4 for orders over £15 and £7 for orders under £15. 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for all UK Deliveries. Depending on a variety of factors your order will either be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. We reserve the right to request a signature upon delivery. 

When shipping orders outside of the UK we will use Royal Mail, who then pass deliveries on to the local national carrier in each respective country. In some cases we will use either Fedex or Aramex to complete deliveries in Europe and the Rest of the World. 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes we do, all over the world in fact! Depending on location and the type of items in an order we will either use Royal Mail, Fedex or Aramex to ship orders internationally. All our International Services are fully tracked. 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK COST? 

Anywhere in Europe is charged at £10, regardless of order value, weight or size. 

Shipping outside of Europe is a fixed rate of £15, regardless of order value, weight or size. 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you decide you don't want something after you order it then we are more than happy to accept a return within 28 days. As long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it then we will give you a refund as soon as it comes back to us! Just post it back to us. Our address is: Landys Chemist, 1191 Finchley Road, London, NW11 0AA. When you send back returns please either include your order number on the address label or within the parcel to ensure we can identify your parcel and process refunds quickly. 

Returns can take up to seven days for us to process once they get back to us but we're usually quite a bit faster than that. 

Please note that in certain cases we only provide store credit for returns. 

Please do note, for hygienic reasons we can't accept returns of make up items. Sorry! 

I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER I JUST PLACED, WHAT DO I DO? 

Call us! We can be reached on 0208 455 5464 and we can process a cancellation and refund for you. 

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT - ARE YOU? 

Yes, we are hugely environmentally conscious. We do our best to avoid single-use plastics and we use recycled boxes and paper to pack and ship our orders. We use a plastic free sellotape to seal our boxes and we also recycle all the packaging we receive from suppliers; sometimes in our own orders but mostly through a trusted recycling company. We are committed to finding new ways to reduce our carbon footprint and are constantly looking for new opportunities to help protect our environment.
