How to take Bare Biology Life & Soul Pure Omega-3 Fish Oil 150ml:
For most adults and children over 12: take half a teaspoon a day (2.5ml). This will provide 1750mg omega-3 (1000mg EPA and 500mg DHA).
If you need a good boost or have a particular health concern: Take a full teaspoon (5ml) a day. This will provide 3500mg omega-3 (2000mg EPA and 1000mg DHA).
Keep Life & Soul in the fridge once opened.
If you are pregnant: take half a teaspoon (2.5ml). It has no vitamin A which can be harmful during pregnancy. Alternatively you can try the specially formulated pregnancy product: Mums & Bumps
