HOW TO USE BIOCARE MEGA EPA MARINE (OMEGA-3 FISH OIL) CAPSULES:
Biocare recommendeds taking 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as professionally directed. Two capsules per day is a single daily dose, but each should be taken at different times on the same day. For example, one capsule with breakfast and one with lunch.
Biocare's set of 90 capsules if taken correctly should last 45 days, about a month and a half. Also available: 30 Capsules, 60 Capsules
