A fizzy Multi Effervescent with lots of good stuff and no nasties. It delivers a burst of over 22 different nutrients and minerals into the system with every sip.

- Contains vitamins C, D3 and E, magnesium and calcium
Directions for use:
Adults and children over 12 years take 1-2 tablets a day (children: 10-12 years 1 a day; children: 7-9 years ½ a day; children: 4-6 years ¼ a day). Add to water or juice. Dissolves gently.
