... y, they stick to the bottom and need poking out each morning. Once you have them out, they are tasty, sweet and chewy - rather alarmingly so, especially if you have children that could access them.

Containing vitamin C (know that, it stops scurvy, supports the immune system and is essential for the health of connective tissues) and Cran-Max (which sounds like marketing speak to me) they certainly won't be doing me any harm and may well be doing some good. It's hard to tell - and at the rather expensive daily cost, not something I can justify
