At Landys Chemist, we want to reward all our customers who use our service again and again, which is why we created our Reward Points Scheme. Collect points while you shop and then redeem at checkout. Reward Points are our little way to giving back to thank you for shopping with Landys Chemist.
How To Earn Reward Points
Once you’ve signed up and created an account with us, you can start earning points! For every £1 you spend online, you’ll get 1 point. And you can spend from the first point onwards!
Your points will accumulate over time and have NO EXPIRY DATE. There is also NO MAXIMUM number of points that you can earn.
Reward Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of your order shipping. You’ll be able to view your points total in your Customer Account and during Checkout, along with their monetary equivalent*.
Redeeming Your Reward Points
We’ve made redeeming your points very simple. Once you’ve accumulated enough points to make a purchase, you’ll see the option to USE REWARD POINTS at Checkout.
You can use your points as part of a purchase and in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit/debit cards or gift cards. If you have enough points, you can use them to pay for your whole order!
Managing Your Account
You will have the ability to view and manage your Reward Points through your Customer Account. Here, you’ll also be able to see how many points you’ve earned, the minimum needed to spend** and how much you have to spend in Reward Points in your currency.
Your History will also show a summary of your purchases and points earnings, including historical rates and currency at the time of each purchase.
