How to take Bare Biology Life & Soul Pure Omega-3 Mini-Caps 120:
These capsules are great for those over 12 years, and are suitable for pregnancy.
Take 4 capsules a day, which provide 1460mg of omega-3.
It is best to take these capsules with food to help the body to absorb them. We do not recommend breaking these capsules open to give to children.
How long will a pack last me: one month if you take 4 a day. Two months if you take 2 a day.
