Formulated around the central botanical extract of Elderberries, Lifeplan BerryWell capsules combine 20mg of flavonoids (the constituent ingredient of Elderberries) with Vitamin C and Zinc, contributing to the normal function of the immune system. Since immunity support is necessary throughout the year, this supplement can be taken once a day, 365 days a year.
