What is Lifeplan Lactase Enzyme?
The enzyme lactase is used by the body to help break down lactose, a type of sugar that is found primarily in dairy products like milk and cheese. For people who are lactose intolerant, it is harder for the body to properly digest lactose.
- Lifeplan's Lactase Enzyme capsules contain the recommended intake of active lactase enzyme suggested to improve the digestion of lactose in 3 capsules. When taken before eating any products containing dairy, lactase can improve digestion in those who have difficulty digesting lactose.
- Suitable for Vegetarians.
- Free-From: added sugar, salt, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Directions for use:
Take three capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk and dairy.
