... g read a lengthy article on the health benefits of turmeric I decided to try these flavoured teabags as they encompass all the good stuff and the reviewers so far had said how delicious they are. Really???!! Sorry, I infused a teabag for 10 minutes and sat down with a book to enjoy this tasty brew only to find it was pretty awful. I actually shuddered. Having said that, I now fill the mug halfway and drink it luke warm, very quickly. I will persevere to see if my energy improves along with my joint pains. One ingredient I would have expected to see listed is black pepper which apparently is essential to increase the absorption of turmeric. So I add a few grinds to the already strange tasting concoction. I have awarded four stars for the quality of ingredients.
