How to use Aduna Fonio Ancient Super-Grain 250g:
Microwave:
Add 50g of Fonio with 100ml of water to a bowl and cover. Microwave for 2 minutes and fluff with a fork. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Hob:
Add 50g of Fonio and 100ml of water to a pan. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 1.5 minutes. Take off the heat and leave to stand for 1.5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
