Cardiosmile may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Foods that contain at least 1.5-3g of plant sterols per day with a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol and reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Cardiosmile provides 2,000 mg of pine tree plant sterols per serving.
