I love how dilute this product first appears as it is easy to get it through the fur to the skin where it cleanses thoroughly and leaves skin conditioned. The product although not as thick as conventional shampoo, is still just as potent, just way easier to work with. I put it on a shower puff which stops it concentrating on one area. The lather using the puff is luxurious and smells devine. It rinses really well and easily and conditions beautifully. My dog was so soft afterwards and the lavender helped calm during the fireworks. My dog was much more comfortable immediately after washing with no scratching or nibbling. That has stopped altogether, and I was using a sensitive puppy shampoo. Even though this scent is for dirtier dogs there was no harshness. My dogs coat has a lovely shine now. Definitely will buy again when this runs out.

I use a cologne spray after cleaning him anyway so aslong as the shampoo cleans him well, a lasting scent isn't massively necessary to me anyway, and I must say he seems very clean and super soft, will 100% buy this again.
