What is Fushi Wellbeing Organic Calendula Oil (Marigold) ?
Calendula oil is an excellent oil to have handy at all times for its immense anti-inflammatory properties and healing action. A very soothing oil that offers antiseptic properties and promotes cell regeneration which helps reduce scars too. It can be used for inflamed and itchy skin conditions as well as applied topically on infections, burns and irritations to the skin.
Triple infused
Fushi Calendula oil is triple infused for 3 months on a 1:1 ratio of herb to oil. This provides a guaranteed laboratory tested minimum 4000mg/ltr of Terpenes. We package and sell directly from our premesis based in the UK, and all our oils are selected from ethically sustainable farms by our talented team.
Calendula is commonly used for acne, eczema, psoriasis, nappy rash, sore cracked nipples, dry chapped skin, wounds, varicose veins, thread and spider veins. Using the oil neat is one of the safest ways to nourish and moisturise very sensitive skin as it is such a pure and simple remedy.
Infused for 3 Months
Our Calendula oil is made by infusing fresh Calendula petals, left to infuse under pressure for 3 months in Organic Sweet Almond oil. The cold pressed Organic Almond oil we use is easily absorbed into skin. It is also one of the best multi-purpose base oils, almost odourless and an excellent lubricant. Sweet Almond oil resists oxidisation which makes it the ideal carrier oil.
How to use Organic Calendula oil :
Apply a few drops of Fushi Fresh–Pressed® Calendula oil to any part of the body and massage gently into circular movements until absorbed.
Topical Application:
Calendula oil can be applied directly to the skin to soothe and moisturise. Gently massage a small amount of the oil onto the desired area, such as dry or irritated skin, scars, or insect bites.
Calendula oil is gentle and safe for babies and can be used to alleviate diaper rash or dry skin
