Our Organic Oyster mushrooms are cultivated on a wood-rich substrate, producing a potent and high-quality extract with the most bio-active constituents available. Good quality mushroom material is a general rule for a high-quality mushroom extract. We use hand-picked organically cultivated Oyster mushroom fruiting bodies which are extracted to create our entirely natural, nutrient-dense powder mushroom extract.
Our organic oyster mushroom extract powder is made from 100% organic oyster mushrooms, using an enzymatic, temperature-controlled extraction process to obtain the potent bioactive components found inside the mushroom cells. This advanced production method supports capturing the highest levels of active nutrients.
Organic Oyster Mushroom Extract Powder is expertly standardised to 50% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides content. Our extracts are produced entirely from the fruiting bodies of mushrooms (not from mycelium). The fruiting bodies are grown on a wood-rich substrate (not on grain) and so are loaded with beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides and other precious functional ingredients. Our extract is free from fillers such as starch, grain, and mycelium.
