The benefits of Lifeplan Iron Formula with Vitamin B & C Tablets:
Iron is used by the body to produce Haemoglobin, a protein responsible for transporting oxygen from the lungs through the body via the blood. Iron, therefore, supports these functions, contributing to the formation of red blood cells and normal oxygen transportation.
- Lifeplan's Iron supplements are further enriched with B Vitamins, including Vitamins B2 & B3 which support energy release.
- Added Vitamin C, to help reduce tiredness an fatigue as well as increase the body's absorption of Iron.
Directions for use:
Take one tablet twice daily, preferably with a little liquid
