How does Lifeplan WindAway Activated Charcoal work?
Activated charcoal is a special type of charcoal that has been processed to have a large surface area, which allows it to adsorb (not absorb) gases and toxins. When it comes into contact with gas, it attracts and holds onto the gas molecules on its surface. This process traps the gas, preventing it from moving through your digestive system and causing bloating or discomfort.
Think of activated charcoal like a sponge that can soak up gases. It captures the gas particles and keeps them stuck to its surface until they are eventually eliminated from your body through bowel movements. This is how activated charcoal helps to stop gas and reduce bloating in a simple yet effective way.

Directions for use:
To help reduce excess flatulence, take three capsules at least half an hour before a meal and three capsules shortly after eating, if needed required. Do not take more than 12 capsules per day.
