You get 60 capsules in a well sealed glass jar, presented beautifully in an attractive cardboard box. On opening them, I was immediately struck by a gorgeous smell, similar to the pickled garlic you can buy from market stalls that sell olives. The capsules are standard-sized and easy to swallow, filled with powdered product. I chewed one up to see what it was like and it was just as I had imagined from the smell. Strong but tasty.
I don't expect to notice any obvious effects from taking these, but I hope it all contributes to my long-term good health. I will update this review if I notice anything.

These supplements are made from organic ingredients which are rich in biotics, enzymes and nutrients and uses a unique kefir-kombucha fermentation process (not sure what that involves, but it sounds impressive). I think these would be good to take during the winter months as they may give seasonal support against colds and flu.
There are 60 capsules in this small glass pot. When you break the seal there is the loveliest smell (if you like the smell of garlic). It is suggested to take one capsule twice daily with food. So, this is a one-month supply. The capsules are a little large and easily swallowed, but I do find that they repeat on me. Two capsules will provide 700mg of organic garlic. They are gluten and diary free, with no additives or fillers. All of which I believe is important to know. The packaging from this company is 100% free from plastic, which is great for the planet. I have been taking two a day for three weeks and have experienced no colds or any other infections, even though nearly all my family have had a slight cold and cough. I think I would prefer to take only one a day because of the potential after effects of taking them. That would make the supply last for two months, which is a better trial period, I think. A top-quality product.

... the garlic. I might try that at home. In the meanwhile though, these fermented garlic capsules seem pretty good.
Each capsule provides only 350mg of fermented organic garlic, so 2 is required for the dose of 700mg. There don't appear to be any fillers, so I would guess that the capsules are relatively small, or the dried garlic is very light-weight.
These capsules will only last for 30 days at the stated daily dose.
The garlic is certified organic by the Soil Association and the EU, though it appears that the garlic is neither grown in the UK nor the EU. It doesn't say on the packaging where the product is manufactured.
There is a small amount of garlic taste left in the mouth after swallowing a capsule.
There are many potential health benefits of garlic, so these may be worth a try.

I'm very much an advocate of garlic and have eaten and taken it in supplement form for years for its remarkable properties, so it's great to
... see it here from Living Nutrition (whom I've reviewed previous products from and have been impressed with). Again, the product here is subject to their signature fermentation process, which seemingly augments many of garlic's healthful properties. It's certainly a novel way of taking it, and has advantages over eating traditional cloves (which isn't to everyone's liking). What's good is that after it's been fermented it's then freeze-dried to preserve it's nutrients so it arrives with its enzymes, biotics and other compounds intact. Great too that the process not only increases, but also enhances the bioavailability of, garlic's antioxidant content.
With it being garlic, when opening the bottle, one tends to smell it first, and there is a taste when taking the capsules, but it's well within the bounds of acceptability and doesn't linger on the breath (unlike traditional cloves).
The garlic is organic and there's 700mg of it here over two capsules (with sixty capsules in the bottle), of which it's also just pure garlic (i.e. with nothing added), which is always a plus with me. Time will tell how effective this way of taking garlic is over eating traditional cloves, but I certainly see its potential (and if nothing else, it's a much more pleasant way of consuming it).
As always, it's an attractively-presented product that look nice sitting on my cupboard shelves. I can't comment on the price as at the time of writing as the product isn't available, but from what I can remember it was reasonable enough.

They both taste & smell very strongly of garlic, so definitely not odourless like other garlic capsules. Apart from this they are very good, but I probably wouldn't get these myself for the above reasons. I'll give them a generous 3 out of 5 stars.

...t assume that these were detrimental, some die-off processes have been discomforting but now I'm feeling better for it. Initially there was some smelly sporadic diarrhea! My hemorrhoids seemed to have gone inbound, a strange painful sensation as if I've been kneed up the bottom (a sensation I didn't remember since school 😂). I also struggled with a switching between tiredness and energetic vibes. Since then I can confirm that my stools sink a lot better, my food tolerances seem better and anal blood loss has improved (reduced substantially). My tongue started to show signs of candida die-off, that's slowly fading away. They are definitely doing something! Whilst they do smell very strong, there is a hint of garlic breath but... It's not potent enough for me to be able to smell it on my body (as you might with regular garlic). They also seem to have a slight punchy fruit scent to them. It's manageable don't worry. Very very strange experience with these but I'm starting to see the positives now. Don't assume the worst within the first week is my advice, if you get a bit of an achey/heavy brain, just drink more water (spring or mineral or with electrolytes added). I'll update after a full two weeks is over.
