How to use Nature's Aid Vitamin D3 Spray:
Shake well before every use. Use 2 sprays daily.
First Use: Press the pump 3 - 4 times to get the liquid flowing.
Spray into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace the cap after use.
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED INTAKE.
Once opened use within 4 months.
