How to take Nature's Answer Sambucus Kids Chewable Tabs 45:
As a dietary supplement, chew 1 tablet.
For children between 4-13 years: Repeat as necessary, up to 3 times per day. Do not exceed more than 9 tablets per day.
For adults 14 years and older: Repeat as neceassary, up to 4 times per day. Do not exceed 12 tablets per day.
