They do have some other ingredients, such as magnesium and some other "bulking agents" but does seem to work well for fat burning at the gym and my digestion problems. I just hope i can find a smaller dose tablets i can take (eg 4 smaller ones to compare to these 2 bigger ones)

... burning) gym phase, and they are helping me let go of unwanted water retention, which is the reason I use dandilion.
Dandilion has many other health benefits and has been used for centries (without the pointless bulking agents included!), so would much prefer this to be just solely dandilion rather than anything else, but it does the job.
I would have preferred capsules, but the tablets are small and easy enough to swallow, without any after taste..

...ls, antioxidants and other compounds. As such, it's been widely used in natural healing and traditional medicine for a long time. There's always the temptation of picking a few dandelions from roadside verges and fields, but probably it's better having them already prepared to avoid possible toxic residues from passing vehicles and to ensure legal compliance on land whereby one may not be entirely sure that foraging is permitted.
However, I'm not sure if this supplement is the way to take dandelions. Not that it isn't handy having them in tablet form, nor is the strength or price a factor (of which both are good), but it isn't quite as pure as first appearances suggest. I read the blurb that states free from this, that and the other, and thinking it was a pure product ordered it for review. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection it's seen that magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents, which I would prefer to avoid. I'm not saying anything for or against them, as that's up to the buyer to decide, but I invariably look for supplements without them. It's my fault though as I should have read the ingredient list a little better and not jumped to conclusions.
For anyone not overly concerned with them then this a reasonable dandelion supplement, but I'll likely give further acquisitions a miss for purer products.
