What are Nature's Aid Multi-Vitamins & Minerals (without Iron) Tablets?
One-a-day multi-vitamin & mineral formula, without Iron, for those that would prefer an Iron free formulation. This One-a-day multivitamin is designed to provide the RDA of many of your essential vitamins and minerals including:
- Selenium to protect cells against oxidative stress and maintain normal hair and nails.
- Iodine to support the normal production of thyroid hormones and the normal functioning of the thyroid.
- Magnesium for normal muscle function and normal energy yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin A for normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal vision and normal mucous membranes.
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
- FREE FROM: GMO, artificial colours, artificial flavours, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, nuts, salt, soya, sugar and starch.
Directions for use:
Suitable for adults and children over the age of 6 years only, due to choking hazard.
Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
