OSIMAGNESIUM Oil is from the 250 million year old, ancient Zechstein seabed, delivers a large amount of elemental magnesium into the body topically, by penetrating the skin. Spray for daily use.
How to use: 2.5 ml (half teaspoon) contains 257 mg elemental magnesium. Recommended for daily use.
