They are a typical size and easy enough to swallow and it does point out you can open and sprinkle them - Handy if you are someone who is uneasy at taking supplements in capsule form. They are perhaps not the most cheapest supplement but the ingredients are quality. You also get along expiry date of well over a year from the time of ordering.
