The perfect combination of mineral salts in the highly absorbable citrate form, trace elements and L+ lactic acid contributes to the maintenance of a normal pH within the body. The taste is of fruity strawberries.
The pH of the human blood stream should measure around 7.4. We can help maintain this by ensuring that our diet contains plenty of vegetables, unprocessed foods and plain water, rather than processed meats, refined sugar and caffeinated drinks. Signs of excess acidity include:
Constipation and bloating
Lack of energy and focus
Weight problems
Poor complexion and dry, dull, lifeless skin
Sweating unduly
Gum disease, tooth decay and bad breath

How to use: One 5.5 g portion/stick per day. Open and pour into a glass containing 150ml of water or milk, stir well and enjoy.
