DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision with a daily intake of 250 mg.
- 100% vegetable DHA in vegetable capsules.
Minami Nutriton VeganDHA can provide support through pregnancy too: DHA maternal intake supports eye and brain development in the foetus and breastfed infant if consumed at 200 mg DHA per day on top of the recommended daily 250 mg EPA+DHA for adults.
Directions as a food supplement for adolescents and adults: 1 softgel per day, preferably taken with food.
