... not want to be treated when all these symptoms floored me. Having been involved in the supplement business since the 1980s, I tried to do my research on my symptoms. From the research, it was clear that I was not absorbing nutrients and the symptoms could be linked to a B deficiency. I started by taking B12, then I realised I also needed Niacin, as the B12 helped but did not resolve all the issues. Cut a long story short, I bought this complex as it is a brand I know, it has a well-balanced dose of the B's I needed. Within 4 days all symptoms had subsided and I felt so much better. My only concern is that the Folic Acid is not Folate, which is far better absorbed by the body than Folic Acid. Having taken this complex, the aforementioned symptoms have not reared their head whilst taking this brand and they are just as effective as Solgar.
