Nature’s Bounty Gentle Iron Complex with Vitamins B12 & C food supplement contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on your system.
Iron is the most abundant trace mineral in the blood, and combined with vitamins B12, C and Folic Acid it provides a blend of nutrients to support energy and vitality levels. 1 Iron, vitamins B12 and C contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folic Acid contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
