What is Lifeplan Dietary Fibre?
Fibre can be found in a wide variety of plant-based foods such as vegetable, fruits, wholegrains and legumes. Dietary fibre (or roughage) is the portion of plant-derived food that cannot be completed broken down by human digestive enzymes and, becuase of this, it acts as a bulking agent for waste matter, helping food pass through the digestive tract.
- Lifeplan Dietary Fibre supplements provide three types of fibre: Hemicellulose 42%, Cellulose 28%, Pectin 27% (plus Lignin 3%, which acts like fibre in the digestive system).
- With added Sugar Beet Fibre.
- Suitable for Vegans.
- Free-From: added sugar, salt, starch, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Directions for use:
As a supplement, take two tablets half an hour before each main meal.
