These tablets contain Folic Acid, a water-soluble vitamin of the B group, which is commonly taken by pregnant women.
- Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
- A daily allowance of 400µg prior to conception and for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy is recommended.
- Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
- Free-From: added sugar, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Directions for use:
As a supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with food and a little liquid.
