- Always read the label
- Apply Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream gently to the bruised area 4 times a day as required
- If symptoms worsen, or persist for more than 7 days, a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted

How to use Nelsons Arnicare Cream:
Before use first check tube seal is not broken. Pierce tube seal with point in top of cap before use. Apply Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream to the affected area 4 times a day as required. Do not use more cream that the label/ leaflet tells you to. For external use only.
