Together Health Menopause is made from whole food, ocean sourced and plant-based ingredients. Our bodies better absorb vitamins and minerals when they’re in a whole food form whilst ensuring they’re gentler on the stomach.
All our food-based ingredients are raw and complete. Using carefully-controlled low-heat conditions, we preserve all the naturally occurring goodness you find in fresh foods, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.
We also include natural ocean-derived magnesium from the pristine waters off the coast of Iceland, Vitamin D3 from sustainably grown wild lichen and Vitamin K2 from traditionally fermented chickpeas.
A potent extract of sage leaf with 2.5% Rosmarinic acid, the important active component of sage. Each dose contains the equivalent of 6 grams of sage leaf. Sage has been used for generations to help ease menopause symptoms including night sweats, hot flushes and mood swings.
