How to use Viridian viridiKid Multivitamin & Mineral Mini Capsules:
Directions: As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Age 2 to 6 years – one capsule daily
Age 7 to 13 years – two capsules daily
