Within a matter of a week this cream has helped to reduce redness and clear up many of the bumps! It works at least and likely better than what I was getting from the pharmacy for a fraction of the cost. It is also easier to use because it isn't in a bottle where I would have to cut the bottle in half to get the last 1/5 of the product out. Highly recommend it and I've used probably 5-6 different brands of SA creams over the years.

The salicylic acid in this product is able to kill both the yeast and bacteria. I put a liberal amount on my face at bedtime and then wash it off in the morning using CeraVe's SA face wash, that's all I have to do now to keep the acne away.
