How to take Napiers Wild Elderberry Elixir:

Directions:
- Adults and children aged 12 and over: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) 2 to 3 times a day, away from food.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) up to 3 times a day, away from food.
- Children aged 2 to 5 years: Take 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) up to 3 times a day, away from food.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended intake. Due to the presence of liquorice, individuals with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. Not all herbs are suitable for everyone, particularly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for young children, or those unwell or on medication.
