What are Nutri Advanced Cal-Mag-Citrate Capsules 90 Used For?
Nutri Advanced Cal-Mag Citrate Capsules provide a 1:1 ratio of absorbable calcium and magnesium. Each capsule provides 90mg of calcium citrate and malate, and 90mg of magnesium citrate.
Magnesium and Calcium are both important minerals in our body which have roles both independently and synergistically. They are both essential for healthy development of our bones and teeth. Calcium and magnesium work together to help our muscle cells : magnesium helps the muscle fibres to relax whilst calcium causes them to contract.
Calcium offers other benefits including contributing to normal clotting of the blood, supporting energy-yielding metabolism, neurotransmitters, functioning of our digestive enzymes and cell division.

How to take Nutri Advanced Cal-Mag-Citrate Capsules 90:
Take 2 capsules two to four times daily with food, or as directed.
