Directions for use
Apply 6 hazelnuts worth of product per day to the entire body.
Massage the legs in an upward direction preferably, from the foot towards the hip. Then massage the arms in smoothing strokes towards the chest.
For the stomach, massage in circular movements in a clockwise direction (encourages digestion).
