Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which helps support immune system. It is ideal for those with poor digestion and can be mixed easily into drinks. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and normal function of the immune system

Directions: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.2g) a day in water or juice.
